Smash-bots!

Collect broken -small appliances, toys and electronics.

Provide the kids with safety goggles and gloves.

Put together a tray of small hammers, screw drivers, wire, duct tape, clamps, glue… Etc.

Let the kids go to town! (Carefully;)

The Forest Lab

Like most little ones, our two year old loves playing in the water.  She loves measuring, mixing, stirring  and pouring.  I decided to create an area in the forest where she could play with water to her little hearts content.

The Enchanted Forest

As a Mother and Early Childhood Educator, I have always been interested in finding ways to engage our children in play.  I love the outdoors, love to get messy and thought that the nice little wooded area in the front of our house would be a great place to create a variety of ‘play stations’ for our kids.  Each area has been made with almost all recycled or ‘found’ materials.
