Find a piece of driftwood and give it a light sanding.

Paint it.

I used Americana Acrylic paint.

Find a maple leaf that fits nicely in the centre. Use it as a stamp!

Place it – paint side down – on to the wood and gently press.

Touch up the paint where needed (or leave it as is!)

Sand the edges to give it a ‘weathered look’

Find the perfect spot to hang it!
