If you go very quietly out into the forest behind our home, you may be able to sneak up on these adorable little Gnomes.

Or… you could make some yourself.

I collected some small pieces of dead wood from the forest floor and left it out in the sun to dry.

Once it felt quite dry, I used a mouse sander and softened the edges.

Next, I painted the pieces with acrylic paint and sprayed them with a sealer.

The kids love them!

And next -a gnome home!
