Story Stones using tattoos!
Using sandpaper, scuff the surface of your rock.
Add paint (in the colour of your choice)
Once the paint has dried, apply a tattoo.
Cover with a clear varnish.

Amazon! Or Party City! I found some awesome ‘finger tattoos’ that fit perfectly on dowel. Endless possibilities! 🙂
