We love to go on ‘Colour Hunts’ to find bright and beautiful colours around the house and in the forest.
This colour wheel was fun and very easy to make.
(At the bottom of the page I’ve included printable colour cards as well.)
We sat and flipped through magazines, cutting out a variety of colourful images.
Next we sorted our large pile of clippings into Greens, Blues, Purples, Reds, Pinks, Oranges and Yellows.
We coloured our log with oil pastels, to give us a guide as to where to glue each colour
And then started to Mod Podge!
Once we were finished, I added about three more coats of Mod Podge to seal and protect it.
Below are our ‘Take Along Colour Cards’
If you’d like a set for yourself – Right click and save. Then print them out on cardstock and laminate 🙂
